Our Foundation places a special emphasis on assisting children and juveniles in immigration matters. Founding attorney Rebeca A. Salmon is a Certified Child Welfare Law Specialist and an active member of both the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigrant Children’s Legal Network (ICLN). Under her direction, Access To Law Foundation offers representation to unaccompanied alien children (UACs) who entered the country without a parent and children eligible for special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS) following abusive or neglectful treatment.
